Heena’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. She has worked with prestigious organisations like KPMG and Gujarat Maritime Board, taking on high-level responsibilities in finance, operations, and strategy.
She has also played an instrumental role in national projects, navigating the complexities of
B2B, B2C, B2G, and D2C markets with exceptional precision. Her time as a consultant at
GESIA IT Association was a turning point in her career. The GESIA IT Association is Gujarat’s leading technology body, working closely with government agencies, enterprises, and technology pioneers to drive India’s digital revolution.
Being a part of this ecosystem gave Heena a deep understanding of enterprise digitalisation, IT infrastructure, and business automation, allowing her to help companies reduce human intervention & manual dependency, improve efficiency, and future-proof their operations.
At Gujarat Maritime Board, she worked as a senior account executive, handling complex financial planning and strategic decision-making for one of India’s most important maritime regulatory bodies. This role demanded high-level analytical skills, precision, and the ability to navigate large-scale operational challenges—all of which Heena executed flawlessly.
Her expertise in integration systems, live inventory capacity management, supply chain management, and quick commerce has helped businesses—ranging from luxury retail brands to fast-paced e-commerce ventures—achieve seamless scalability, minimise inefficiencies, and enhance customer experiences.
Mastering Strategy & Business at IIM Mumbai
To complement her hands-on experience, Heena pursued her Master’s in Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management from IIM Mumbai, one of India’s most prestigious institutions. This education refined her ability to design data-driven strategies, optimise complex business processes, and implement large-scale automation solutions. Her relentless pursuit of perfection and efficiency has made her an unstoppable force in the business world, with the ability to turn even the most challenging business problems into growth opportunities.
